WOODS NOBLE MEDIA

This site is currently under construction.

But we can tell you that Woods Noble Media can provide quality audio, or podcasts for your website. Alison Hutcheson, the founder of Woods Noble Media, has many years experience working for the BBC as a sound engineer and then radio and TV producer, so audio content and quality is taken very seriously.
We prefer to refer to a podcast as website audio, as the word podcast can conjure up the idea of a rather low quality product (although it does provide a useful and accepted shorthand). Good quality website audio can be used as an additional way of providing information and interest to your target audience. Downloaded audio is becoming a more and more important way of getting information to people. Audio can be downloaded from your website and people can also subscribe to the podcast so that they automatically receive additional episodes, either via their browser (using an RSS feed) or via iTunes.
The beauty of downloaded audio is that it can be listened to at anytime, either direct from the computer, or downloaded to an mp3 player or iPod.

We will help you decide what will best suit your site, record, edit and produce your audio files to make your podcast or programme. We will work with you to come up with ideas that work for your site.
We can host the audio files on our server and provide you with links to add to your site for download. We can provide and talk you through the more technical things that can be done with RSS feeds and iTunes etc. If you don't know what an RSS feed is then we can explain that too! In fact no question is too simple, this stuff can be confusing.
