Video production can be done is many different ways, but we want you to know what happens when you contact Woods Noble Media.
In fact, we have no fixed approach as every client is different. On the one hand we work with Marketing departments, independent marketers and PR professionals who already know what they want from a video. We also work with clients who we help to decide what type of video they want, what the message is and develop the whole concept. Sometimes we just provide camera work or video editing, but most often we cover the whole process from start to finish. Above all, the video must reflect your company or organisation and what it is like to work with you. We have been told that we humanise businesses.
What does remain the same, is that we need to find out what you want and you want to know how that happens and what it will cost. You can ask all the questions you want.
Ideally we arrange a face to face meeting, so that we can provide an accurate quote. We can come to you or meet over a coffee somewhere convenient. The meeting is always with Ali Hutcheson who will produce and direct your video and be your key contact right through the process. You won’t meet a sales person, only the person who makes and oversees the video production process.
This meeting doesn’t cost you anything, and if you decide that you don’t want to go ahead with video after we’ve quoted, then there is no charge. Sometimes a face to face meeting isn’t possible, either because of distance or because you need a quote yesterday, so Ali will have a chat with you on the phone to make sure that we know exactly what you are looking for.
Next, we draw up quote and send it off to you. Again we’ll answer any questions that you have and change the quote if necessary.
If you want to go ahead, we’ll arrange a pre production meeting, either with just Ali or with other members of the team too. We’ll go through what we need to do on the shoot day(s) and all the details around that and set dates.
We make the shoot day as easy for you as we can. If we are shooting in around your premises, then we never forget that you have a business to run. In fact one client who recommended us on LinkedIn commented that we were “efficient, professional and sensitive to the fact that we were still running the business whilst filming was occurring.”
We’ll also make sure that if we’re interviewing you, that you are relaxed and happy and, if necessary, we’ll even give you some coaching as we go.
After filming, we’ll then send an approval copy of the edited video to you. At this point, you can say what you think needs to be changed. Most of our quotes allow for 2 changes.
Once you are happy with your video, we’ll upload it to wherever we’ve agreed that it should go eg. Vimeo, YouTube or your own server. We’ll also send you a disc with the completed video file in whatever format you wish. If you are using the video for a conference presentation, they we’ll liaise with the organisers to get the video to them. We’ll also talk to your website developer about the best way to get the video content onto your website.
We have ongoing relationships with many of our clients. The most important thing is that you are happy with the video production process and that your video reflects who you are and what you do and feel about your business or organisation
